BEAR STEEL STRENGTH CLINIC

“No citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training… what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”

My name is Matt Bear. Thank you for taking your time to visit my page. It is my goal to provide an effective path to strength for as many people as I can. A strong body, good training regimen, and a healthy relationship with food are the building blocks to a healthy heart, healthy bones, immune system, and an overall long-lasting body.

Let’s get started.

Fitness is not as complicated as it may seem to be. The goal is to have a strong and durable body that will last a long time and allow us to live without pain. So let’s start checking off boxes. Continue reading below to see how we can cover these points.

Healthy body check list:

Durability

A durable body will allow you to function everyday at a lower risk of injury. A stronger body is a more durable body. The way your body gets stronger and more durable is by adapting to stress. When the stress is too much, the body breaks. Having a routine that keeps the stress level where it needs to be, allows your body adapt instead of break. With proper adaptation to stress, what would have broken you no longer will.

Long-Lasting

A program that is consistent and safe will strengthen your bones, joints, muscles and even immune system. Keep your body alert and always improving. With a modern lifestyle the body begins to decline at a much earlier age than it once did. With the advancement of medical technology people can live very long but not necessarily very well. With good training and a balanced diet pared with the miracle of modern medicine, you can live a very long life at home with your family, at work thriving, and out with friends doing the things you love.

Pain Free

Most chronic pain experienced by the everyday person is caused by a weakness somewhere in the body. Many people live day to day with pain in their back, knees, shoulders and the list goes on. Many of these pains are not derived from an obvious injury. Just being active may not be enough of a preventative. Muscle imbalances can easily occur when the body is not used the way it was designed and that is a fast track to injury and chronic pain. Getting strong at the most common, natural movements your body was created to perform will help to keep the body’s muscles working in balance and prevent the tightness and soreness that comes from inactive and overactive muscles fighting with each-other for the joints position.

Remember!

Everyone is different. Nobody can be expected to have the same results as someone else. There are no guarantees of any sort. Signing up for a training program will only provide the accountability, and tools needed to achieve your results. It is up to each individual to do the work and get the best possible outcome.
